RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – DURGA AGRO INDUSTRIES

1. Machinery made to order
Our machinery (diesel tankers, trolleys, harrows, lift carriers and other equipment) is manufactured to order after the customer accepts our written quotation and pays the agreed advance. Because each machine is built for the customer, machinery orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.

2. Cancellation before production
If you cancel before production starts, please contact us in writing. Any refund of the advance will be as stated in your quotation.

3. Damage or manufacturing defects
Please inspect your machine on delivery. Report any transport damage or manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery, with photos, to durgaagro.india@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 81989 88015. We will inspect the claim and repair or replace the affected parts where the defect is confirmed.

4. Warranty
Warranty terms, where applicable, are stated in your quotation for each product.

5. Spare parts and accessories
Unused spare parts and accessories in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Refunds are made to the original payment method after we receive and check the item.
