SHIPPING POLICY – DURGA AGRO INDUSTRIES

1. Machinery
Prices shown for machinery do not include shipping. Delivery charges are calculated separately after we receive your delivery location (country and postcode/city) and are included in your quotation.

2. Delivery within India
We arrange delivery from our factory in Karnal, Haryana, or you may collect the machine from the factory. Delivery time and cost are confirmed in your quotation.

3. International shipping
We accept enquiries from buyers outside India. Shipping is arranged by sea freight or other suitable methods, and the shipping terms (for example ex-works Karnal or to an Indian port) are stated in your quotation. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Spare parts and accessories
Shipping options and charges for spare parts are shown at checkout or confirmed by us before dispatch.
